China is a country with more than 3,000 years of history. In about 2,500 BC, Chinese ancestors established China civilization base around yellow river. In the beginning time, it belonged to primitive tribe, then develop into slavery system society. When it came to 1046-771BC, the Western Zhou dynasty established prototype of ritual system society. In Warring States Period(475-221 BC),Chinese feudal civilization emerged. Chinese ancient thinkers respectively put forward their own academical viewpoints in Warring States Period that is called Scholars of Various Thoughts in history. This period had decisive significance on China civilization’s future thousands of years of evolvement. The main viewpoints in this period are: Confucianism, Legalism, Taoism and Mohist. The Qin kingdom with Legalism tradition defeated other vassal kingdom ally following Confucianism, established the first feudal dynasty of Qin Dynasty(221-206 BC) in Chinese history. When it came to the period of Emperor Wu Di in western Han(156-87 BC), confucianism and legalism found their balance point, eminent confucian Dong Zhongshu proposed the country management strategy of “Mandate of Heaven, Deposed Hundreds, Only Confucianism” which marked the establishment of mature feudal ritual system civilization with agriculture as productivity basis and implementing “Confucianism Outside, Legalism Inside”. Tang dynasty(618-907 AD) is the summit of China feudal ritual system civilization. Tang Empire is the most powerful kingdom in the world at that time. But in the following times, Chinese intellectuals had no capability to break through civilization mode of feudal ritual system. From Song dynasty(960-1279 AD) on, China civilization began its slow and long process of decline. However, beginning from 13th century, the western Renaissance lasting for hundreds of years, rediscovered ancient Greek philosophies, developed mathematics, science and materialism, the western civilization took a qualitative leap. On the contrary, in China, the feudal ritual system was stubbornly persevered until the end of Qing dynasty(1636-1911 AD). Qing China inevitably was humiliated by imperialists. The feudal ritual system civilization lasting for over 2,000 years in china walked to the end of history.

Sun Yat-sen led old democratic revolution to overthrow the feudal reign of Qing court through Wu Chang Uprising in 1911, establish Republic of China with characteristics of modern civilization. The nationalist party tried to imitate the West to build new civilization system, but had been lack of instruction of philosophy in accordance with Chinese practical condition. The democracy and parliament became the displaying vases, later, the nationalist party led by Chiang Kai-shek essentially devoted to feudal ritual ideology.

Guided by Marx Materialism, the China Communist Party with Mao Tse-tung as leader, led new democratic revolution to engage in campaigns of anti-imperialism, anti-feudalism and anti-bureaucratic capitalism. In spite of extreme hardship, and unpredictable events, such as Japanese Invasion and World War II, Great Nature always favors the more advanced civilization, China Communist Party eventually defeated the nationalist party. On October 1, 1949, new socialist China was established. However, inherent defects of Marx Materialism led to slow development of new China. Deng Xiaoping wisely followed the trend of historical development, and put forward the theory of reform and opening up, as well as the road of socialism with Chinese characteristic that have become the cornerstone for china to march into advanced civilization in future.

After 30 years of Deng Xiaoping’s reform and opening up, China’s GDP has reached the second position in the world at present, Chinese astronauts have begun their spacewalks. The future China will center on scientific development, carry out socialist legal system, release the creative power of both people and civilization restricted by feudal ritual system, establish new type of philosophy, grow into advanced civilization , finally lead and promote the advancement of human civilization.
